We are seeking a highly motivated Success Coach/Consultant to join our dynamic team! As a Success Coach/Consultant, you will be responsible for coaching our clients to ensure they're following our proven process to ensure success for their sales department. Job Details:

Niche:

Agency Owners

Offer:

$5k PIF or $8.5k in monthly payments

Compensation:

$5.1k per month at minimum KPI with opportunity to make much more! (Fully commission based)

Earnings:
$20/ every booked appt + 1% commission of cash collected for every deal closed on team

Location:

Fully remote, candidates can be anywhere in the world

Job Role:

- Collaborate with clients to assess their current sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized sales strategies to optimize performance and achieve targets.

- Provide 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship to sales managers and representatives, offering guidance on sales techniques, objection handling, pipeline management, and closing strategies.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and assessments to identify individual and team strengths and weaknesses, and develop tailored coaching plans to address areas for improvement.

- Lead group training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

- Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving sales performance.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales management and coaching, and incorporate relevant insights into coaching strategies.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within clients' sales departments, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in driving the success of their sales operations.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years required

Initiative: Ready to start within 1 month

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 hours/day)
